DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \nCome see the world premiere of this new concept in educational entertainment. Ron Sunshine brings his 10-piece orchestra from New York City to the Allentown JCC to play all new arrangements of depression-era jazz standards written by immortal Jewish songwriters like Irving Berlin\, Rodgers & Hart\, George & Ira Gershwin and others. Meanwhile\, world-renowned ethnomusicologist Judah Cohen will be on hand to tell the stories behind the songs\, the songwriters\, in between live musical numbers. Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served\, and there will be a dance set after the program. Don’t miss it!
